About Clean Tech Collective
The Clean Tech Collective Center is a new business hub in the Antwerp Campine region, combining extensive services with deep expertise in energy and sustainability.
Beyond nine modern office spaces for teams of three to sixteen people, the center also offers flexible workstations, warehouse facilities, outdoor storage, parking, meeting rooms, and a dedicated event space.
Energy Expertise Center
The Clean Tech Collective Center brings together companies and experts in energy and sustainability. The hub also functions as a living energy lab, where the latest insights and technologies are tested and applied in real-world conditions.
With 300 kWp of solar panels, a 120 kW DC fast charger, 40 AC charging points, and a 215 kWh/100 kW battery, all coordinated through an advanced energy management system, the center optimizes peak shaving, flexible tariffs, dynamic load balancing, PV curtailment, and grid balancing.
